Local MD Urgent Care is seeking a proactive and personable Community Liaison to lead outreach and relationship-building efforts across our Illinois and Indiana locations. This individual will serve as the public-facing representative of Local MD, helping to increase brand awareness, develop community partnerships, and drive patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Local MD at health fairs, school functions, senior centers, municipal events, and community forums
• Establish and nurture referral relationships with key stakeholders across both states
• Schedule and manage regular community engagement events and campaigns
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and marketing to support clinic growth goals
• Maintain a territory calendar and track performance metrics
• Provide weekly updates to the SVP of Growth
• Develop and manage relationships with local physicians and healthcare providers to educate and promote Local MD’s service offerings

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare outreach, marketing, or business development
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
• Proven ability to organize and execute community-facing events
• Must be willing to travel frequently across Indiana and Illinois
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation require
