We're Looking For Therapists Who:
Are fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LSW, or Licensed Psychologist) or soon-to-be licensed in Illinois
Are confident, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care
Want to make real impact in the lives of individuals, couples, and families
Work well independently, but also value being part of a tight-knit clinical team
(Bonus) Have experience working with children, adolescents, or families
(Bonus) Are already credentialed with insurance panels — but we can help if not
- Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and intake evaluations to determine mental health needs.
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Offer crisis intervention and support to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision of junior staff as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
