Must have Live In Caregiver Experience

Responsibilities:
-Administer Medications safely and accessible according to Medication Administration Record
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
- Monitor and record vital signs of residents
- Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Implement behavior management strategies as directed by supervisors
- Collaborate with social workers and other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents
- Administer first aid when necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience in home care or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of ADLs and experience assisting individuals with personal care tasks
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect privacy rights of residents

First Aid / CPR

Certified Medication Technician Certification

Pass Background Check
