Futrend Technology is looking for an NIH ORS PMO Lead PM to join our team of industry leading professionals with significant upward promotion probability.

The ideal candidate will measure success in this position through outcomes, program delivery success, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement in delivery practices and team performance, financial performance, qualified pipeline and business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Solution Delivery

Lead the PMO for a large IT service contract
Make sure team follows the SOP and CRM practices
Manage the team to produce and maintain master schedule
Provide timely reports and trend and root cause analysis
Make recommendations and implement improvements
Work with program manager and team to help the team to meet SLA metrics, and adhere to customer processes
Work closely with the customers to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
5+ years experience in leading PMO
PMP certification required
Must have hands on experience with Microsoft Schedule
Hands on experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, SCRUM is highly desired
Work experience in NIH, Federal Health IT agencies, research and academic institutions are a plus

Compensation details: 110000-130000
