Competitive Pay: $35 -$45 per billable hour (based on license & experience)

We're on the lookout for empathetic, energized, licensed clinicians (LGPC, LMSW or LCMFT) who are ready to bring their passion to our virtual care team and serve children, teens, and families across Maryland.

What You'll Do:

✅ Deliver individual, family, or group therapy sessions via telehealth.

✅ Provide 12-15 sessions per week on average, with hours from 3p-9p or on a weekend day

✅ Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans tailored to client needs.

✅ Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and fellow clinicians.

✅ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our EHR.

✅ Empower families with tools, education, and ongoing support.

Who We're Looking For:

Maryland license required:

Fully licensed: LGPC, LMSW, LGMFT
Passion for working with youth populations.
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a virtual environment.
Bilingual in Spanish? That's a huge plus!
