Job Title: Mental Health Therapist (LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C) – Contractor (Remote/Hybrid)

Location: Silver Spring, MD (Hybrid: Remote with in-person availability once per week preferred but not required)

Compensation:

• $100–$110 per new client intake
• $65 per follow-up session
• Flexible scheduling; compensation based on clients seen

Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C) to join our team as an independent contractor. This remote/hybrid position offers the flexibility of telehealth work, with in-person availability once per week preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic interviews
• Provide individual, family, or group therapy using evidence-based approaches
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other clinicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed
• Uphold ethical standards and client confidentiality in accordance with Maryland licensing regulations

Qualifications:

• Active LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related mental health field
• 2+ years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health settings preferred
• Experience with diverse populations and a range of diagnoses
• Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
• Strong communication and organizational skills
