As the Admissions and Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day process of admitting residents to our facility.

Job Duties:

• Handle all incoming calls related to admissions and referrals.

• Gather medical/clinical as well as insurance and financial information from caller to assist with appropriate placement.

• Maintain professional relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, social workers, and community agencies.
