Janitorial Cleaner - Floater Position (Variable Hour)

Variable Hour Cleaning Job – (Pay Rate $15.50 to $17.00 Per Hour - *Based On Experience)
  
We are a cleaning company that has a cleaning position in various office buildings located in the Reistertown, MD, Frederick, MD, Glebe, MD and throughout the surrounding areas
  
Variable Hour/Evening Hours Position: Days and hours of service will vary depending on project needs, (Evening Hours, 5:00pm to 12:00am – Monday Thru Friday).
 

As a “Floater” Cleaner, your role is to work in multiple locations, often to fill vacancies, cover leave of absences and take on emergency work.

Work Location: Varies - On The Road – A 30 Mile Radius From Your Home Location
  
A “Floater” Cleaner is responsible for the following:

*Perform basic cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, spot cleaning, and emptying trash cans.
  

*Ensure cleaning practices are safe and efficient
  

*Perform janitorial duties as outlined in the service scope of work for the assigned location
  

*Use appropriate methods, equipment, and chemicals to complete cleaning tasks

*Provide A Level of Service That Meets The Company’s Quality Standard
  
 Duties and Responsibilities:
*Office cleaning - Cleaning restrooms/kitchen - Vacuuming rugs - Dusting surfaces - Trash removal
  
*Sweeping and mopping floors - Glass cleaning/mirrors - Stocking paper products
  
**All Cleaning Supplies and Equipment Will Be Provided***
  

 *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 20+ pounds, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk and squat. Must Be Comfortable Working On Your Feet For The Entire Shift.
