Deliver outpatient therapy through a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally competent lens

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with Maryland Board standards
Participate in team consultation, peer supervision, and ongoing learning opportunities
Support diverse populations, including underserved and marginalized communities throughout Maryland

Requirements

Active LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland (required)
Experience in outpatient therapy or related settings (1+ years post-licensure preferred)
Strong interpersonal, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
Commitment to social justice, cultural responsiveness, and client empowerment
Comfort with telehealth platforms and ability to work independently while staying connected with the tea
