- Deliver outpatient therapy through a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally competent lens
- Conduct initial assessments and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with Maryland Board standards
- Participate in team consultation, peer supervision, and ongoing learning opportunities
- Support diverse populations, including underserved and marginalized communities throughout Maryland
- Active LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland (required)
- Experience in outpatient therapy or related settings (1+ years post-licensure preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
- Commitment to social justice, cultural responsiveness, and client empowerment
- Comfort with telehealth platforms and ability to work independently while staying connected with the tea
