Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Department: ABA Clinic
Main Location: Cass City, MI
Hours: Full Time. Days. Full Benefits.
Aspire Rural Health System is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, data collection methods, and assessment tools.
  • Michigan licensure as a Behavior Analyst is required.
  • Must pass the Michigan jurisprudence exam as part of the licensure process.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The BCBA will oversee behavior intervention programs, provide direct supervision to RBTs, and work closely with families and other professionals to improve client outcomes.
