OPEN POSITION:

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Department: ABA Clinic

Main Location: Cass City, MI

Aspire Rural Health System is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
At least 1–2 years of experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, data collection methods, and assessment tools.
Michigan licensure as a Behavior Analyst is required.
Must pass the Michigan jurisprudence exam as part of the licensure process.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The BCBA will oversee behavior intervention programs, provide direct supervision to RBTs, and work closely with families and other professionals to improve client outcomes.
