Cleansing Conversations is hiring clinicians interested in a group practice setting. All administrative tasks including billing and scheduling are handled by use. We offer ongoing support for our team. Including monthly group consultation to keep clinical cohesion and enhance therapeutic modalities.

Full Time ** Afternoon to evening hours is preferred to accommodate clients work/school schedule. Two schedule options are as ** Tuesday- Friday (2PM-8PM Saturday (9-2PM) or Mon-Friday (2PM-8PM). Target caseload of 30 clients weekly. This option includes a salary ($100,000per year). Your pay is not affected by cancellations or missed appointments. Eligibility of Benefits (Medical, Vision, Dental) 401k with matching up to 4% and Vacation/Sick time and vested after 2 years of employment. Training reimbursement is also granted to full-time employees. Post two years of group practice setting is preferred. Hybrid option is available for full time employment.

Part Time ***** Maintain a caseload of 15-25 clients in-person setting or hybrid. The schedule would be preferred of afternoon and evening hours. This is a paid per billable service option. Administration support and group consultation are still available to those choosing to participate.

What you’ll **

• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation

• Provide individual, children, and/or family therapy sessions.

Skills & *

• Two year’s experience in Group Practice Setting.

• Active and unrestricted professional California License with BBS (Board of Behavioral Science)

• Maintain liability/malpractice insurance

• Knowledge of psychotherapy models and interventions

• Knowledgeable of the DSM V and diagnostic criteria.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
