Part Time BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)/Supervisor of In Home Services

We're currently seeking a BCBA Supervisor to join our team in a part-time role, providing in-home supervision and administrative support. What You'll Do (BCBA Supervision & Administrative Duties)

BCBA Supervision (4 In-Home Cases paid at $95/hour):

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise ABA Therapists and guide effective treatment implementation.
• Analyze data and make data-driven program changes.
• Provide parent training and family support.
• Opportunity to supervise BCBA candidates working towards certification.

Administrative Duties (Approx. 5 hours/week paid at $50/hour):

• Assist with onboarding of new families and ABA staff.
• Review and submit authorizations to the Clinical Director.
• Provide administrative support as directed by the Clinical Director.

Requirements:

• Master's degree and active BCBA License and NJ LBA
• Private liability insurance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Competitive Pay:

• $95/hour for BCBA Supervision
• $50/hour for Administrative Duties
• Earn up to $40,000 annually (part-time)
