At Rebound, we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our wonderful team! Our dedicated staff provides essential support for our clients, focusing on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help them communicate effectively and engage with their environment. This position is CENTER-BASED and IN-HOME.


As a Behavior Technician, you will:

  • Help create supportive environments that encourage positive behaviors.
  • Teach valuable skills that assist individuals in communicating and functioning better.
  • Implement behavior plans designed by behavior analysts to ensure consistency and monitor progress.
  • Collect and analyze data to support the ongoing success of our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with behavior analysts and team members to share insights and updates.
  • Keep daily progress notes related to individual therapy.

Requirements

High School Diploma Required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience in ABA or working with individuals with behavioral challenges is preferred but not necessary.

Willingness to learn and receive training.
