About Job

We are seeking a Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in the Stockbridge area. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and supervision for the center's clinical staff, including the onboarding, mentorship, and development of BCBAs
  • Ensure the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized treatment plans that are consistent with current best practices in ABA
  • Conduct parent and caregiver collaboration meetings to ensure consistent progress and generalization of treatment goals
  • Guide clinical team members in best practices related to behavior reduction and skill acquisition
  • Oversee the implementation of innovative ABA methodologies, such as Relational Frame Theory (RFT), in collaboration with the Clinical Excellence team
  • Conduct clinical quality reviews and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
  • Participate in client onboarding, including facility tours and clinical assessments
  • Promote a positive organizational culture rooted in professionalism, collaboration, and client-centered care

Qualifications:

  • Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a BCBA, including in-center service delivery
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience within a clinical or healthcare setting
  • Strong expertise in behavior analysis, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
  • Proven ability to train and mentor clinical staff while maintaining high standards of care
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to promote and maintain professional relationships with families, team members, and external stakeholders
