Position Summary:The therapist is responsible for providing outpatient mental health services to clients of all ages (children, adolescents, and adults), coordinating care with providers and insurers, and maintaining accurate, timely documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, formulate diagnoses, and collaboratively develop treatment plans
  • Deliver individual, couples, and/or family therapy
  • Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders (referrers, physicians, insurers)
  • Complete all clinical documentation in a timely manner
  • Maintain licensure and pursue continuing education

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
  • Licensed (or license-eligible) in Georgia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, etc.)
  • Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse populations
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with EMRs

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay: Starting at $50/hour, depending on experience
  • Flexible Compensation Models:
  • Shared revenue percentage (monthly payouts)
  • Hourly rate (biweekly payouts)
  • Stipends for transferring active clients
  • Benefits Include:
  • Health insurance stipend up to $500/month (case load dependent)
  • $160 annual CEU reimbursement
  • Full credentialing support with insurance panels
  • Medical billing team handles all billing/payments

Job Details:

  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract (1099)
  • Expected Hours: Minimum 20 per week
  • Choose your own schedule, Monday–Saturday availability
