We are looking to add a Dog Care Manager to our growing team who can oversee daily operations and ensure we are providing the highest quality care possible in a fun, exciting and safe environment!

We are looking for someone who can jump in and is eager to learn, they must be available to work Tuesday to Thursday and Saturday and Sunday. Shifts would typically be 10am-6:30pm or 11am to 7:30pm during week days and 8am-4:30 pm on Saturday and Sundays. This can change in the future.

Potential candidates must have at least 3 years of experience working in a large daycare and boarding facility, experience managing teams of more than 5 people, experiencing working with kennel software and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with social media applications are preferred but not required. Responsible for ensuring facility protocols are current according to newly available resources and industry standards. You will be responsible for overseeing the management of daycare playgroups, ensuring our boarding guest's plan of care is being adhered to and any changes in a guest's behavior or health are recorded and reported quickly. Ultimately you are overseeing the guests under our care for daycare and boarding ensuring that resources are available for your team to execute and successfully complete their jobs. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinating/attending marketing and promotion events, developing marketing materials and assisting in the daily operations as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
