Job Title: BCBA / BCaBA (Hybrid)
Location: Greenville, SC
Pay: $40.00 – $50.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Relocation Bonus: Up to $5,000

Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced BCBA or BCaBA to join our team in Greenville, SC. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism and developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Create and oversee implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide clinical guidance
• Adjust plans based on data and outcomes
• Train therapists and support families

Qualifications:

• BCBA, BCBA-D, or BCaBA certification (required)
• Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience working with children with ASD or developmental delays
