Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Clinic-Based

Position Summary:

We are seeking currently registered and experienced RBTs to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children. This position is ideal for compassionate, detail-oriented professionals looking to make a meaningful difference in a structured, supportive clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
• Deliver 1:1 direct care services to clients.
• Receive and implement feedback from clinical supervisors.
• Collect, record, and report data on client behavior and progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
• Assist clients with daily living skills and behavior strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• RBT Certification (Required)
• NV RBT Registration (Required)
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
• Must be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance
• Must be able to navigate an iPad and multiple platforms/software applications confidently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV 89120 prior to employment
