Cape Cod Academy is an independent day school for students in kindergarten through grade 12. Located in Osterville, MA, our college preparatory school sits on a 46-acre campus. Cape Cod Academy seeks a compelling and passionate individual(s) to provide after school care to students in grades K-5 on a part time basis. The After School Care Coordinator will ensure that a high quality child care program is offered to students and families who seek extended school day opportunities. The Coordinator will work closely with school administration to facilitate a safe and enriching program that will provide extended recreational opportunities for students from approximately 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In addition, this individual will be responsible for monitoring our system each afternoon they work to determine the number of students who will participate each day and communicating that information to the receptionist and administrators.

Qualifications include the following: Individual must be highly organized with the ability to provide high quality care and recreational activities to students grades K-5.Demonstrate maturity, humility, professionalism, confidence, integrity, confidentiality, and a strong work ethic.Work effectively with the leadership team and colleagues.Excellent communication skills and demonstrated success working with parents and families.
