Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
  • Provide direct one-on-one or classroom therapy.
  • Assist students in appropriately engaging and participating in class.
  • Collect and record data on client progress.
  • Communicate with teachers, BCBAs, and other staff regarding client progress and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Experience in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans.
  • Experience with crisis behavior management (preferred).
