Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and special education, with a focus on providing effective behavioral therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting diagnostic evaluations, and collaborating with families and other professionals to enhance the quality of life for those you serve.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine the needs of clients.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency in the application of behavioral strategies across environments.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral techniques and strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Analyze data to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
Skills
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly those with autism.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health.
- Understanding of special education processes and regulations.
- Ability to navigate medical records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and treatment plan adjustments.

Pay: $79,190.00 - $85,897.00 per year
