Job Title: Social Worker (LMSW)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team. The Social Worker will provide support and advocacy for individuals and families facing a variety of social and emotional challenges. This role involves assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and connecting clients with resources and services to help them improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

2. Provide counseling and support to clients to help them cope with emotional challenges.

3. Advocate for clients and connect them with community resources such as housing assistance, healthcare services, and financial support.

4. Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists and healthcare providers, to coordinate care for clients.

5. Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress.

7. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client cases and share insights.

8. Stay current on best practices in social work and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Master's degree in Social Work and current LMSW license.

2. Previous experience working in a social work or mental health setting.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Empathy and compassion for individuals facing difficult situations.

5. Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and community partners.

6. Knowledge of community resources and social service programs.

7. Organizational skills and attention to detail.

8. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
