Solving Autism, LLC is actively considering RBT Candidates for a Clinic-based Floater role within our South Charlotte location.

This role requires candidates to hold a current RBT certification in good standing with the BACB. We are looking for an experienced RBT who is passionate about their work, ready for a leadership opportunity and eager to make in impact!


Pay
: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

    An ideal candidate will:

Have a minimum of 1 year experience in the ABA field.

Be currently certified as a RBT through the BACB.

Demonstrate strong communication skills and conduct themselves in a professional manner.

Be excited about a hands-on role where no two days will ever be alike!

Enjoy supporting the training of incoming staff.

Have reliable transportation.

Possess a sense of humor and a strong work ethic.

Show flexibility in thinking and an open mind for continued learning.

Hold current CPR & First Aid certification or be willing to complete this quickly!


Have availability between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM for a 40-hour work week!

Student Analysts pursuing their BCBA or BCaBA credentials are encouraged to apply. We have a dedicated BCBA Mentor and active Supervision program.
