GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Provides operational direction and clinical and/or administrative supervision of staff working at the corresponding housing facility. Designs and implements effective programming and ensures adherence to corporate and stakeholder policies. Supports and facilitates positive and functional relationships with appropriate stakeholders. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Successful clearance of Department of Health and Welfare Criminal Background Check. Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field. Current, unrestricted LPC or LMSW State of Idaho license. Approved supervisor with the State of Idaho Counseling or Social Work Board. Minimum 3 years clinical work experience with at least 2 years administrative and supervisory experience in a mental health setting. Experience working with underserved populations; knowledge, commitment and sensitivity to the special needs of homeless people and substance users. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Possess better than average computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 1 year assessment and counseling experience working within an integrated medical /behavioral health care setting. Minimum 5 or more years clinical work experience with at least 3 years administrative and supervisory experience in a mental health setting. LCPC or LCSW licensure in the State of Idaho.
