Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans to improve the quality of life for our clients.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral challenges.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor progress through data collection.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques.
- Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
Skills
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices.
- Strong understanding of data collection methods related to behavior analysis.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance in patient care.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs accurately.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
