Overview:
Intake Coordinator
Milwaukie, OR

Responsibilities:

  • Collection, data entry, and distribution of intake information of potential patients
  • Manages insurance eligibility confirmations of patients
  • Obtains pre-authorization with various payor sources
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and a team player
  • Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a medical office highly preferred

The Intake Coordinator collaborates with the leadership team members to manage clinical intakes and appropriate referrals of potential patients.
