Position Summary: Clinical Supervisor

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will carry a caseload of clients and supervise a multidisciplinary team of five or more clinicians. You'll provide clinical mentorship, support documentation compliance, and play an essential role in our trauma-informed care model.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain a small clinical caseload and complete documentation
  • Co-sign clinical documentation for supervisees
  • Lead group supervision, support case consultations, and approve treatment planning
  • Provide direct clinical supervision and mentorship
  • Attend Clinical Operations and strategic planning meetings
  • Collaborate on monthly CEU trainings and onboarding of new staff
  • Learn and utilize Experiential Play Therapy (EPT)
  • Engage with Risk Management team for guidance (during business hours)

Requirements
Requirements
  • LCSW, licensed in New Mexico
  • Board-certified to supervise clinicians in NM
  • Minimum of 1 year providing clinical supervision to licensed or pre-licensed staff
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to lead with curiosity and compassion
  • Passion for working with children in a trauma-informed environment
