What You'll Do:

Supervise and deliver high-quality ABA therapy in clinic, home, and community settings
Develop and maintain functional, naturalistic treatment plans
Conduct assessments and functional behavior analyses
Lead engaging parent training sessions
Mentor and collaborate with behavior technicians and fellow BCBAs
Create innovative training materials for staff and parents
Monitor client progress to ensure treatment integrity
Maintain accurate documentation and data collection

What We're Looking For:

Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field
BCBA Certification and supervisory experience
Minimum of 4 years providing ABA services to children
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Physical ability to actively engage with clients (lifting up to 50 lbs)
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
