Compass Behavioral & Developmental Consultants, LLC, is an autism spectrum disorder consulting and treatment company that provides support for children and adults with an autism spectrum disorder, and their families. We work in the clinic with clients as well as in client's homes. Compass is BHCOE Credentaled.
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)to join our team of ABA specialists for a full or part time caseload. Ideal candidates would provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) assessments and clinical services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities ages 2-18 in the clinic, home, and community settings. We provide extensive training, mentorship and supervision for all therapists. In addition, therapists are provided with state of the art therapy equipment and supplies, continuing education stipends and competitive compensation packages.
This position is both clinic and community based. This position is in Valdosta GA, Thomasville, GA, Hinesville, GA, Warner Robins GA. We are seeking several candidates for our growing Clinics.

Job Highlights:
- BCBA and BCaBAs will be working directly with Area Clinical Director that will provide support and guidance.
- Administer initial evaluations and re-evaluations for ABA clients (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, QABF, FBA, and/or ABAS, PEAK). Compass provides PEAK training and materials.
- Develop individualized goals and treatment plan for the clinic, home, and community settings to be implemented by a behavior therapist.
- Provide supervision to RBTs on team
- Direct ABA with clients when needed
- Coordinate and complete insurance authorization benefits for ABA services.
- Collaborate with in-house multi-disciplinary team on effective strategies for clients
- Provide Caregiver Training on principles of ABA and strategies
- Analyze progress and data trends using Catalyst Datafinch
- Collaborate with in-house scheduling and billing team to reduce administrative workload
- Some travel required including a mix of clinic, school and home based services however we try to make travel to a minimum.

Requirements:
- Active BCBA or BCaBA Certification
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
