About Job
- Full-time RN position on Cardiac Stepdown team, night shift (6:45p-7:15a) in Oklahoma City, OK.
- Responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation of patient care, and supervising staff.
- May float to other units or be on-call; requires population-specific competencies and adherence to safety goals.
- Eligible for enhanced benefits: front-loaded PTO, paid leave, increased retirement match, short-term disability, and up to $40,000 sign-on bonus.
- Must have OK RN license (or compact), BLS, and effective English communication; other certifications per department.
