Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing behavior intervention programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Duties
- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior analytic interventions to support clients in achieving their goals
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment implementation
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Strong skills in patient assessment, data collection, and behavioral therapy
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical records management is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour
