License Level Starting Annual Salary*
LPC / LSW: Ranging from $55,120 - $77,168
LISW / LPCC: Ranging from $65,166.40 - $91,232.96
*Pay is commensurate with degree, licensure, years of experience, and specialized certifications.

What You’ll Do
- Assess: Complete diagnostic evaluations using DSM‑5‑TR/ICD‑10 and ASAM criteria.
- Plan: Collaborate with each client to build an Individualized Treatment Plan that is strengths‑based, culturally responsive, and measurable.

- Hold an LPC, LSW, LPCC, or LISW Ohio license in good standing.
- Are passionate about serving individuals with complex needs, including those impacted by substance use, mental health challenges, and the criminal justice system.
- Believe in trauma‑responsive, person‑centered care and value multiple pathways to recovery.
- Enjoy group facilitation and can translate clinical concepts into engaging, real‑life skill building.
- Are organized, tech‑savvy, and meet documentation deadlines with ease.
- Communicate with empathy while setting collaborative, accountable boundaries.
