Position Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering evidence-based care, supporting client recovery goals, and ensuring compliance with New Jersey Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) regulations for partial care and IOP settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy in accordance with treatment plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and update individualized treatment plans regularly.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and skills-building groups tailored to the needs of adults with mental health diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and peer support staff to ensure integrated care.
  • Monitor client progress and document services in compliance with DMHAS and Medicaid standards.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, clinical supervision, and staff training.

Qualifications:

  • LCSW, LPC, LSW, or LAC license in the State of New Jersey (Required).
  • Experience working with substance abuse population.
  • Experience working in a DMHAS-licensed partial care or IOP program preferred.
  • Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills.
  • Familiarity with co-occurring disorders and trauma-informed care.
  • Ability to work with culturally diverse populations in a respectful, person-centered manner.
