Position Overview
As a key member of the recruitment team, you will focus on identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent who are passionate about autism services and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families. This role requires a proactive approach to talent sourcing, building lasting relationships with candidates, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure we consistently attract highly qualified individuals. You will also play a key role in promoting NeurAbilities Healthcare as an employer of choice, attending recruitment events, and managing a robust pipeline of candidates for both current and future roles.
Essential Job Functions
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach to find and engage top candidates who are passionate about autism services.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, effectively communicating the value of working with NeurAbilities Healthcare and the impact they will have on children’s lives.
- Community Engagement: Attend hiring and recruitment events to enhance brand visibility and actively recruit top talent for all positions. The recruitment events will span from both PA to NJ.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Team: Partner with internal hiring teams to understand staffing needs and collaborate on target recruiting strategies.
- Pipeline Development: Proactively create and manage a pool of candidates for current and future roles, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Employer Branding: Champion NeurAbilities as an employer of choice by promoting our values, mission, and the meaningful work we do for children with autism.
- Data-Driven Approach: Track, analyze, and report on sourcing metrics, using data to refine and improve sourcing strategies and adapt to evolving recruitment needs.
- Market Research and Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitor hiring strategies to identify best practices and adjust recruitment tactics
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a healthcare, education, or behavioral health setting.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a business-related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Creative problem-solving abilities to attract and identify top talent.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and social media channels preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of employer branding and the ability to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Ability to adapt recruitment strategies based on market trends and changing needs.
- Creative problem-solving skills to overcome recruitment challenges and find the best solutions for the organization.
- Familiarity with employment laws, hiring regulations, and diversity and inclusion best practices.
- Understanding of ethical recruitment practices and the ability to maintain a fair, inclusive, and compliant hiring process.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands
- Estimated 50-60% travel, dependent on need.
- Hybrid - This job operates in both a professional and home office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as a computer, phone, photocopier, filing cabinet, and printer.
