Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Facilitate one-on-one and group counseling sessions.
- Educate clients and their families about substance abuse, recovery strategies, and coping mechanisms.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must hold a current license or certification in Indiana (e.g. LAC, LCAC, LSW, LCSW, LMHC, CADC, LPC).
- Has a minimum of 1-year experience in the treatment of behavioral health/substance abuse disorder.
