Resources for Independent Living (RIL) in Bridgeton, NJ is looking for a passionate BCBA to join our growing, dynamic team. We're launching an innovative day program for adults with co-occurring behavioral/mental health and developmental disabilities, and we need a trailblazer to lead the charge!

What You’ll Do:

Oversee and grow a brand-new behavioral program within our non-residential day setting.

Design and implement behavioral and mental health supports woven into an engaging class schedule — participants choose classes that rotate every 50 minutes!

Train and supervise a team of Behavioral Technicians and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), setting the gold standard for quality support.

Conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior plans, and monitor client progress.

Collaborate with a creative, supportive team that believes in real-world skill building, self-determination, and personal empowerment.

Who You Are:

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.

Experienced (at least 2 years preferred) working with adults with dual diagnoses (mental health + developmental disabilities).

A leader who’s passionate about coaching others — you love developing talent!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
