Mobile Crisis Director
Pay begins at $104,152.00/year
*Eligible for Bilingual Pay Differential of and additional$1.50/hour ($3,120/year)
This is a full time position and requires a minimum of forty (40) hours a week. Work schedule coordinated with client/staff availability and routine, training, supervision and/or administrative meetings to also meet the need of supporting staff that work non-traditional hours.
May require additional or alternate hours to complete the job.
On-Call responsibilities.
Routine travel within Bernalillo County may be required.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- 1. Master’s degree in social services or related field.
- 2. Must possess or qualify to obtain one of the following licenses: LPCC, LISW, LCSW or any other independent practitioner status and current license accepted by the State of New Mexico for the provision of counseling or therapy and the supervision of counselors or clinical social workers.
- 3. Minimum of five (5) years in clinical supervision experience or(2) two years’ experience as a Clinical Supervisor at All Faiths.
- 4. Minimum 5 years of experience working in behavioral health, emergency response, or community crisis services.
What will I do as a Mobile Crisis Director with All Faiths?
The Director of Mobile Crisis Services provides visionary leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management for a 24/7 Mobile Crisis Response program delivering both on-site and community-based behavioral health crisis intervention. This role ensures that individuals in distress receive timely, compassionate, and effective care—whether at home, in schools, workplaces, public spaces, or healthcare facilities. The Director will oversee all aspects of service delivery, team performance, inter-agency partnerships, and continuous improvement efforts.
