Description :Provide administrative and clinical supervision to the hospital therapy staff, while also providing professional counseling services as member of a multi-disciplinary team in a psychiatric hospital setting. Therapy team consists of up to six full-time and weekend Social Workers and Counselors. Oversees individual therapy, group therapy and behavior planning.Education – Completion of Masters of Social Work, Counseling or Psychology from an accredited programExperience – At least three years’ experience working or psychiatric setting. Experience working with both adult and child and adolescent populations. At least two years’ experience as a supervisor.Licensure/Certification – Licensed at certified clinical level (LCSW-C or LCPC). Completes trainings as assigned and maintains license requirements, including CEUs. Able to provide clinical supervision with appropriate supervisor endorsement.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities – Demonstrates skill in continual collaboration with interdisciplinary team members. Qualified to provide clinical supervision to licensed graduate social workers or graduate professional counselors. Effectively manages individuals/groups representing diverse education, training and experience.Caring for Our Team
