Overview:

BCI is currently seeking an Advanced Behavior Technician to join our team! The Advanced Behavior Technician provides behavioral intervention to children with autism and their families in a variety of settings.

For over 20 years, BCI has provided evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to help children and young adults with autism find success. Our goal is to empower our clients to build the skills needed to live a happy and fulfilling life.

Responsibilities:

Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum.
Receive support and supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Introduce and run Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs developed by BCBAs.
Work with kids in one of our centers or in client homes with a focus on activities they naturally do (play!)
Receive extensive training to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to create lasting change for our kids and their families.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Certification, registration and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
Must have reliable transportation or easily access public transportation
Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multitask
You must have experience working with children; nanny, childcare, teaching, camp counselor
