I'm still a new counselor, I've only been in practice about 4 years. But I started my own practice, Dawn Star Counseling last year, and it's done very well.

At this point I have more clients than I can help and I know it's time to expand. I'd love to hire some awesome people to work with me who are interested in giving the best care we can to those we serve .

Since I'm new to this managing thing, It's going to be a work in progress to set up this agency and make it successful, so I need therapists who are experienced, and can handle some of these growing pains.

I feel that being a counselor is intrinsically rewarding, but I want to make it financially rewarding, fun, and reliable for you. I don't see any reason we can't be the happiest, best compensated, and most taken care of counseling group in Idaho.

I offer competitive pay. The going rate for a counselor is still near 40$ an hour. I 50$ per billable hour, (1099) with a flexible benefits system.

I think benefits could be really cool. I'd prefer to pay you a set amount of cash that can be used pre tax for the things that you care about. You get to choose what kind of benefits you care about most. whether that's great insurance, or tuition reimbursement? Or educational experiences or a company car? Idk, but I want to make this position somewhere I want to be.

So just running the numbers if you work for me full time- 35 hours a week that would be 91,000$ a year, and over 10,000$ in benefits each year for less than 40 hours a week!
