We have more than 390,000 outpatient visits a year and over $180 million in research funding. • Adult outpatient, including subspecialties in OCD, bipolar, & women's health

UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital is an integrated behavioral health system comprising clinical services, education and training, and research. Together with the Department of Psychiatry of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, we provide behavioral health care that is informed by the latest research for individuals across the lifespan who are at all stages in their recovery. Many of our sites are teaching clinics and offer multiple opportunities for training residents, medical students, and other trainees.
