Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision to RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) and ABA therapists.
- Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust programming as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and professional standards.
- Stay up to date with best practices in ABA and attend ongoing training as required.
Qualifications:
- Must hold active certification as a BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and train a team of behavior technicians effectively.
- Proficient in writing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment reports.
- Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license (travel is required).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Bilingual abilities are a strong plus and allow us to better serve a diverse population.
- Experience working in home, school, and community settings.
- Familiarity with electronic data collection systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60.00 - $68.44 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
