Now Hiring:We are actively seeking dedicated BCBA candidates to join our dynamic team. As a BCBA at ALFS, you will contribute to the development, evaluation, and implementation of treatment plans. Be a part of an interdisciplinary treatment/educational team focused on enhancing the lives of children and their families.


Professional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communicator, the ability to interact well with children, work cooperatively as a therapy team member, and work well independently.
  • Experience writing assessments, data collection, and graphing
  • The BCBA position requires the individual to have a minimum of a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis and hold an active status as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • The Licensed Behavioral Analyst needs proper licensure/certifications in Pennsylvania
  • Needs to be proficient in conducting FBA'S
  • Needs the CEU'S to conduct RBT supervision

Job description

  • Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/procedures.
  • Complete all required training for state and local licenses, certifications, clearances, and formal training.
  • Write and implement behavior management plans utilizing Applied Behavioral Analysis to teach kiddos independent functional skills.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments to determine functions of behavior.
  • Provide training for parents/guardians on the ABA interventions used in the treatment plan so they may implement the skills across settings.
  • Create graphs based off of data to track progress of clients.
  • Provide supervision of Behavior Technicians working with clients and their families
