About Job

KidsPeace invites you to join our mission-driven team of professionals who provide hope, help, and healing to children, adults and those who love them. The Permanency Specialist works directly with kids and families in order to assist in achieving life-long connections, including adoption.

  • Meet with children and families to complete units of service as referred by the Statewide Adoption Network including Child Profiles, Family Profiles, Child Preparation, Child Specific Recruitment, and Adoption Finalization

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Human Services field required
  • 1-2 years experience in the child welfare system preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license and registered vehicle, able to work independently in the field
  • Must be 21 years of age or older

Location: KidsPeace Corp · ADOPTION - BETHLEHEM - 73138
Schedule: Part Time (<30 hours/week), Primarily M-F with additional hours & weekends as needed
