Summary

We seek a skilled Medical Nail Technician to join our New Orleans Podiatry Associates team. In this role, you will provide specialized nail care services to our patients, ensuring their comfort and health while contributing to our mission of excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical nail care procedures for patients with various podiatric conditions.
• Sanitize tools and maintain a clean working environment in compliance with health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients to understand their needs and provide appropriate care.
• Assist in educating patients about foot health and proper nail care techniques.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive patient treatment plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a nail technician or in a similar role, preferably in a medical setting.
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Certification in cosmetology or a related field is preferred.
