Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in promoting our organization’s mission and initiatives within the community. The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies, engaging with various stakeholders, and fostering partnerships to enhance our programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to public health and social work.

Duties

• Develop and execute outreach programs to educate the community about available resources and services.
• Recruit participants for programs and initiatives, ensuring diverse representation from the community.
• Market programs effectively through various channels, including social media management, to reach target audiences.
• Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and healthcare providers to establish partnerships that enhance outreach efforts.
• Assist in fundraising activities to support program development and sustainability.
• Manage projects related to outreach initiatives, ensuring timely execution and evaluation of effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in public health is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting participants for programs or initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to educate diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes is a plus.
• A commitment to community service and improving public health outcomes.

• Weekends as needed
