We are looking for an Associate Behavioral Health Clinician to join our Family Medicine clinics across Nampa!
Purpose
The Associate Behavioral Health Clinician (ABHC) is a provider who is licensed, but still under the supervision of an independently licensed clinician. The ABHC shall be accountable for 1) Providing behavioral health clinical services to patients referred from Full Circle Health’s primary care operation, including interventions for urgent and emergent patient presentations. 2.) Commitment to continued education in best practices for an FQHC population 3.) Commitment to the mission of high quality, equitable and accessible BH services at Full Circle Health
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week). Full time expectation of seeing 6 to patients per day, depending on level of experience

Compensation Information
Compensation below to be increased based on supervision hours:
- New Grad: $54,080.00
- 750 Supervised Hours: $56,160.00
- 1500 Supervised Hours: $58,240.00
- 2250 Supervised Hours: $60,320.00
Plus incentive pay up to an additional $21,000 annually!
Education
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Master’s Degree in Counseling, Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Licensed in Idaho as a LMSW, LMFT or LPC
Experience
- Ability to work across the lifespan with pediatric populations and families is preferred
