About Job

About Us: Comfort Keepers is a leading provider of in-home healthcare services, dedicated to improving the lives of our clients by delivering compassionate and personalized care. We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Client Care Coordinator/Admin Specialist. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (in-office).

Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for our clients and clients family members
  • Determining the optimal staffing match for new and/or existing clients
  • Answering calls and inquiries from clients, employees, and prospects
  • Carrying out client field work(gas is paid by the company)
  • Document every call regarding clients or caregivers
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a qualified and caring team of caregivers
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Administer onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Greet clients and employees as they enter the office.

Skills

  • Previous work experience as an office administrator in in-home care field(preferred)
  • Previous work experience as a caregiver(preferred)
  • Proficient in office management practices and procedures.
  • Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong front desk management skills, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately, enhancing productivity in administrative tasks.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, be able to pass a DMV record check, pass a criminal background check, and pass a drug screening. Additionally, a list of references will be requested.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
