Clinical Supervisor – After-School ABA Program

We're proud to announce the launch of our brand-new After-School ABA Program, and we're looking for a dynamic, mission-driven Clinical Program Supervisor to lead the way.

This is your chance to help shape something from the ground up, guiding everything from design and launch to day-to-day operations and clinical excellence.

What You'll Do & When You'll Do It

As the Clinical Supervisor, you'll take the lead in launching and shaping our brand-new After-School ABA Program—bringing your expertise and creativity to every stage of development and implementation.

Your impact will include:

  • Case Oversight: Provide clinical oversight for a caseload of clients, ensuring individualized treatment plans align with ABA best practices while maintaining 22 billable hours per week.:
  • Caregiver Training: Conduct one-on-one and group caregiver training sessions to empower families and promote collaboration in supporting their child's progress.
  • Client Intakes and Treatment Plans: Complete client intake assessments and develop goal-driven treatment plans; regularly review and update based on client progress and data.
  • RBT Oversight:
  • Monitor and mentor RBTs' clinical performance, conduct regular meetings, and provide feedback and ongoing training to enhance skills and treatment implementation.
  • Conduct assessments and craft individualized treatment programs that directly impact each child's progression.
  • Evaluate and adapt BIPs, diving continuous improvement and success.
  • Maintain meticulous client notes and data, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in therapy.
  • Cultivate a positive and supportive culture among our dedicated team, clients and families, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment.

Program Hours:

  • Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Core program hours)
  • Optional Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Flexible daytime hours for planning, staff support, and clinical oversight

What We Offer:

  • Compensation: Base salary $45,000 - $57,000 (salary commensurate with experience)
    • Part-time, exempt, salaried position

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst required
  • Clinical setting experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient in systems such as Central Reach and Catalyst.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Established management skills.
