Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Ensure timely completion of all required documentation.
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Possession of a master’s degree or higher in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or related fields.
- Licensing credentials in one of the following: LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT.
- minimum of 1-year clinical client experience.
- Proven experience in working with diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
- Eagerness and motivation to engage in ongoing continuing education to remain at the forefront of the latest research and evidence-based therapeutic methods.
- A deep passion for delivering outstanding therapy to high-functioning clients in a supportive, compassionate, and respectful manner.
- Availability and willingness to participate in weekly group meetings and supervision sessions, either on-site or via Zoom.
- Flexibility to commit to a schedule of 10-20 clinical hours per week.
